Maximising the energy efficiency of Australian houses to create a greener Australia
In an effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the Australian Government, in agreement with State and Territory Governments, has developed minimum energy performance requirements that apply to residential buildings. These requirements are specified in the Building Code of Australia (BCA) which is amended annually, taking effect on May 1 each year.
We are committed to providing our clients with cost effective consultation and solutions for not only state requirements, but also for comfortable living conditions throughout the year with less supplementary heating and cooling. These solutions have the potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, as well as save our clients money in the form of reduced energy bills.
Our detailed reports and certificates are acceptable nationwide, whether they are for a new residence, renovation, or the alteration and addition of an existing dwelling.
